Aminu Aminu, hails from sara town in gwaram local government of jigawa state .
the graduate of political science from Bayero University Kano (BUK) also hold a Postgraduate
Diploma in Public Policy and Administration from the same institution , Masters in Public Policy and Admin MPA. Comrade Aminu as he is fondly called by friends and associate developed passion in student Unionism and Human rights activism right from his primary school days.
He was,mertoriously as the class monitor in Primary four and maintained same position all through primary six . The young comrade maintained the same feat from Junior Secondary School One to Senior Secondary School Six.
Today many of his primary and secondary school classmates have not only been inspired by his humane nature,generosity,respect and love for all, but also continue to benefit from his endless benevolence and network of contacts and opportunity.As a philanthropist, he feels same pain other colleagues of his feels for this therefore, his passion for the well being of his friends, colleagues, associates and admirers, most especially at various National Conventions of National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) during which many attested for his good representation and concerns for the overall increase of the Nation .During his university days between 2000 and 2008, Aminu Aminu attended and represented as delegate of Jigawa State at various National Conventions of (NANS) 2000/2001 in Port-Harcourt ans Yola, Adamawa State.Back in the University Days , Comrade Aminu was the public Relation Officer Jigawa State (BUK) between 2003/2004.He was the Chairman Congress of the students of the university 2003 as well as NANS Ex-official 2003.In 2007/2008 NANS Convention, Comrade Aminu was adjudged the most popular Nigerian Students leader and NANS Presidential candidate from the Northern part of Nigeria akin to his struggle credentials that includes, leading popular peaceful appeal demonstration to non-payment of Scholarship allowance to the then Jigawa State students.
Aminu Aminu was also the Pioneer National President of Student Independent Democrats (SID), the umbrella body used to convers support for Governor Sule Lamido in the build up to 2007 general election. Aminu was also the President Student Movement for Good Governance (SMG), Arewa students forum(ASF) coordinator Jigawa State National Association Jigawa state students (NAJISS) care taker commitee chairman, public relation officer network for justice BUK among many other positions.
After joining partisan politics comrade Aminu politics, comrade Aminu Aminu become national president Lamido presidency project (LPP) and also the youth leader coordinating Jigawa state For Goodluck and Sambo 2015 presidential campaign council .
In 2019 comrade Aminu Aminu was invited by comrade Tony Nwonye national youth leader APC youth Directorate to join Buhari/Obasanjo presidential campaign Council as secretary Jigawa state.
Comrade Aminu Aminu, a political scientist cum journalist has also as treasurer of Nigeria union of journalist Jigawa state Council influenced the establishment of twenty five million naira worth ICT center for the training and retraining of journalist in the state by the national information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and a brand new utility Vehicle for the Union's operations.
Comrade AMINU AMINU is indeed an inspirations to Nigerians youth who always sacrifices his Wealth, comfort and time for wellbeing of his friend,colleagues, associate and the vulnerable group in the society.
His leadership style as National presidenty youth and Civil society Coalition for Development has turned around many positive things for youth across Nigeria.Nigerian youth indeed take solace in his ability, forthrightness, doggedness and endurance in the fight for the right and betterment of Nigerian youth Nigerian youth are proud of Comrade Aminu Aminu as indefatigable ambassador of the backbone of the society (youth).
